Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

All qualifying orders within the continental United States will receive free shipping. A surcharge will be applied for any shipments going to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. Mountain Food Storage ships USPS, FedEx, UPS and LTL, depending on order size. In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days once an order is placed. Allow 3-10 days for delivery in the United States. International orders can take up to a few weeks to arrive and are provided by iGlobal Exports with associated taxes and fees.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order that has been put through our system, call to request your transaction voided and order cancelled. This must be done within an hour of placing the order, prior to the order being shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If our products fail to meet your expectations and/or you need to return your goods, please call 888-put-phone. All Mountain Food Storage products meet only the highest processing and packaging standards, and we are confident in the quality of our food.

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product has not been opened. Any opened goods are non-refundable. Shipping the product back to our warehouse will be the customer’s cost, and a 10% restocking fee will be taken from the refunded amount. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, the refund will be applied.

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged goods, please email or call (888) 262-4640 within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the product free of charge.
